Grilled swiss on marbled rye.

Had brunch with Dave and Stacy today at our Saturday haunt, and took a real chance on the grilled cheese sandwich.  When the waitress (I know, I know, but I’m old and will never change) asked what kind of bread and what kind of cheese, I went for the above choices and what do you know, it was great!  No weird taste, no urge to hurl it into outer space, just crispy, crunchy goodness.  So I bought some fixins and made one at home for dinner tonight, and it still tasted good.  OK.  Now I can eat!  Trader Joe’s blood orange soda to wash it down was good too.  Appreciate your taste buds, people.
